Step One:
We begin with a briefing session, which outlines your ideas, budget and requirements for your building project.
Step Two:
Research and prepare a quote based on your briefing, local council’s codes and documents required.
Step Three:
The quote will indicate a scope of works. Upon agreement, we then proceed to measure up your home.
Step Four:
Create preliminary coloured sketch plans for discussion and then amend any issues that need to be resolved.
Step Five:
Once we get the go-ahead with the sketch plans, we then commence producing documents that are listed in our quote for one of the following
- Development Application Approval, or
- Exempt (for minor renovations & low impact works), or
- Complying Development Certificate (combined planning and construction approval for straightforward development)
Step Six:
After the DA or CDC is approved, a construction certificate (CC) will be required.
